2. Order Processing & Dispatch Schedule
Dispatch Timeline: Orders are verified and handed over to our courier partners within 24 to 48 hours of receipt (Monday through Saturday, excluding public holidays).
Order Cutoff: Confirmed orders placed before 2:00 PM IST on working days begin warehouse staging and packaging on the same business day.

As soon as your shipment is scanned by the courier, an automated dispatch notification containing your AWB Tracking Number and direct tracking URL is sent to your registered email and mobile number. You can also view real-time transit status in your account at Track your orders.
4. Shipping Charges
Standard insured delivery is provided across India. Any applicable regional courier charges or express air transit surcharges are calculated transparently and displayed in the cart and checkout before payment completion. There are no hidden fees.
5. 100% Insured Packaging & Zero-Breakage Guarantee
PC enclosures and panoramic glass panels undergo multi-layer reinforced packaging using high-density molded EPE foam, heavy-duty honeycomb corner protectors, and fragile transit banding.
All consignments are 100% insured against transit damage or loss. In the rare event of physical damage during transit, notify us within 24 hours of package delivery with clear photographs, and our team will dispatch an expedited replacement at no extra charge per our Replacement Policy.
