Cancellation Policy
Prebuilt Gaming PCs
Before Shipment: You may cancel your order for a prebuilt gaming PC at any time before it has been shipped. Please contact our customer support team immediately to initiate the cancellation process. You will receive a full refund within 5-7 business days.
After Shipment: If your order has already been shipped, you may still cancel it by refusing delivery or returning the unopened package to us. Once we receive the returned package, we will process your refund, minus any shipping and handling fees.
Custom Gaming PCs
Before Assembly: You may cancel your order for a custom gaming PC at any time before assembly has begun. Please contact our customer support team to confirm the status of your order and initiate the cancellation process. You will receive a full refund within 5-7 business days.
After Assembly: If your custom gaming PC is already in the assembly or testing phase, a cancellation fee of 15% of the total order value will be applied. This fee covers the cost of labor and any components that have been specifically ordered for your build.
Refund Policy
Prebuilt Gaming PCs
Within 30 Days: If you are not completely satisfied with your prebuilt gaming PC, you may return it within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. The item must be in its original condition and packaging. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
After 30 Days: Refund requests made after 30 days will not be accepted. However, we offer a comprehensive warranty and support services to address any issues you may encounter.
Custom Gaming PCs
Within 30 Days: Custom gaming PCs may be returned within 30 days of delivery for a refund, subject to a 15% restocking fee. The item must be in its original condition and packaging. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
After 30 Days: Refund requests made after 30 days will not be accepted. We stand by the quality of our custom builds and offer warranty and support services to ensure your satisfaction.
