Warranty coverage, provider and duration vary by model. Refer to the warranty information on the product page; where it is not listed, ask us to confirm it before you order. Tray/OEM processors may have distributor-backed terms that differ from retail boxed products.

If an item arrives damaged, incorrect or faulty, contact Pixlboard promptly with your order number, product model, serial number and a description or photographs of the issue. We will help identify the appropriate replacement or brand/distributor warranty process and confirm the next steps and any shipping arrangements before you send it back.

The cabinet-specific glass guarantee and seven-day cabinet defect process above do not describe a blanket replacement window for every electronic component. Ask us for the applicable model-specific terms before ordering.

For compatibility advice, share the exact models of the components you intend to use together. A part’s socket, BIOS support, memory generation, power connections and physical clearances all matter.

Prebuilt PCs are purchased directly through the bag and checkout. Review the exact component list, assembly scope, warranty and dispatch timing on the system page before payment. Business quotations and configuration enquiries are not orders or stock reservations.

Monitors, peripherals, UPS units and paid operating-system or application licences are excluded unless explicitly listed in the product details. Any replacement of an ordered component requires your agreement.

Contact Pixlboard first if a prebuilt system develops a problem. Assembly support, if included, and individual component warranties are distinct; no additional blanket system warranty is implied.
