1. Introduction & Acceptance
These Terms and Conditions govern your use of pixlboard.com and any purchases of PC cabinets, accessories, and hardware components made through our platform. By accessing or placing an order, you agree to be bound by these terms.
2. Product Specifications & Pricing
All prices displayed are in Indian Rupees (INR) and are the final listed product prices. No separate GST is currently collected and order receipts are not GST tax invoices. We make every effort to display accurate dimensions, GPU clearances, and material finishes. In the event of a typographical error or supplier pricing adjustment, Pixlboard reserves the right to cancel or adjust pending unfulfilled orders with a full refund.
3. Shipping, Transit Insurance & Delivery Timelines
Pixlboard delivers across India to serviceable postal codes via express courier partners (Blue Dart, Delhivery, DTDC, Xpressbees). Orders are dispatched within 24–48 hours from our Punjab fulfillment center.
Delivery Timeline: Estimated transit time is 3 to 7 business days (up to 7 days maximum across India). Metro cities typically receive deliveries within 2–4 business days. Real-time courier tracking is provided upon dispatch.
All tempered glass enclosures and precision PC components include 100% transit insurance. If damage occurs during transit, it must be reported within 24 hours of delivery per our Replacement Policy. Complete details are available in our Shipping & Delivery Policy.
4. Payment & Security
Online payments are processed through Razorpay using industry-standard 256-bit encryption. Pixlboard does not store full payment card numbers or banking passwords on its servers.
5. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising in connection with these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Ludhiana, Punjab.
