2. How Information is Used

• To dispatch, insure, and deliver your hardware orders to your doorstep.
• To transmit order tracking information, courier updates, and GST tax invoices.
• To respond to support, build-quote and business enquiries, including your stated budget, applications, existing parts and delivery requirements. An enquiry does not subscribe you to marketing.
• To optimize website performance and user experience across desktop and mobile devices.

3. Payment Information Security

All financial transactions are conducted via encrypted connections with Razorpay. Pixlboard never stores your credit card CVV, card numbers, or Net Banking credentials on our systems.

4. Third-Party Sharing

We do not sell or lease personal data. Customer information is shared with payment, logistics and authentication service providers as needed to fulfill our service. Optional analytics and advertising providers are used only with your permission, as described below.

5. Analytics and Cookie Preferences

With your permission, we measure public page, product and article views, shopping activity, search result counts and browser performance to improve the store and product placement. Our store dashboard uses aggregate counts without visitor IDs, raw search terms, email addresses or session recordings. Product and article activity is reported over up to 90 days; aggregate daily totals and existing lifetime view totals may remain available longer. A short-lived browser storage timestamp prevents repeated views from inflating these counts.

Optional measurement also counts product and article links, checkout steps and broad error categories. A timestamp stored for up to 30 minutes helps count returns from a checkout sign-in. Campaign tags are grouped into a fixed set of labels; we do not retain raw campaign values or advertising click IDs in our store analytics. Performance is grouped by the public page where a visit loaded. These counts are separate from the order records needed to fulfil your purchase.

Consented measurement also uses Google Analytics, Google Ads, Vercel Analytics and Speed Insights. Private account and admin pages are excluded. Verified order records are maintained separately to operate the store. You can change your analytics and advertising choice here at any time; declining stops future optional measurement.
